In this regard, it is clarified that the date and time for submission of bids may be read as on or before 13.12.20 19 at 10:30 A.M. in Room No. 302, Hall A-3, 2 nd Floor, New Secretariat, Kohsar Block, Mlo IPC, Islamabad. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in terms of Rule 28( 1) of PPRA Rules, 2004 and Rules / Instructions made thereunder.
